Blustery icecold winds....

sweeping up the waves....

battering the harbour wall...

and do you see those two people standing there? and that van driving along the wall?

rather them than me!!

Inside the fire is roaring and if I don't have to go out (which I will,on a station pickup...) I will stay in!! Brrrrr....... (no snow though, just windchill. yuk too..)

That looks baltic, Marg!! We were just commenting this morning on how mild it feels today...it's only (only!!) minus 4 today. It's been minus 8 during the day the last few days which is unheard of. But the hoar frosts are so pretty it almost make sit worthwhile. As long as my boiler stays nice and healthy!! Stay warm, dude.

I can't believe you ventured out AND took your hands out of your pockets long enough to TAKE those photos!

It is 0 here this morning and the windy is whipping....I mean WHIPPING everything around and I have to go out..ugh!

Just talked to Maria, seems all will be well for her on Sat to head home. Our snow isn't supposed to start until xmas evening so she and James should have good weather for their arrival...thank heavens!:)

Enjoy that fire!!

Oh thank you for taking those photos :) I love your photography and descriptions, I can almost imagine I was there - if it wasn't for the sweltering heat and humidity and 50 degrees C in the ceiling and 30 outside .. .. ..
Merry Christmas and thank you for everything throughout the year xxx
